I truly understand how challenging this journey can be. That’s why I started Sehat Living to support postpartum moms, just like you, from the comfort of their own home.

I believe in a holistic approach to postpartum recovery, combining exercise, nutrition, and mindset to help moms regain core strength, confidence, and energy in under 15 minutes a day so they feel the best version of their postpartum self.

When I’m not coaching or helping moms, you can find me baking healthy treats or enjoying a good cup of coffee!
