Welcome to Sehat Living! I’m your Prenatal-Postpartum health coach, and my journey as a board-certified Physical Therapist began with a heartfelt desire to make a positive impact in the lives of moms. As I grew up, I saw the incredible dedication moms showed in caring for their children and families. However, I also noticed the toll it took on their health, as they often neglected their well-being.

My primary goal is to provide moms with medically accurate information and safe exercise routines during pregnancy and postpartum.

I firmly believe that by dedicating a few minutes each day to prioritize their health, moms can enrich their lives and be better equipped to care for their families.
